Director of Human Resources, Washington PA - 5-2019 $90K+ DOE
Will lead the HR function and support management by providing HR direction, advice and counsel. Fully responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of department. Full Generalist role with a good mix of strategic and tactical duties to include: Benefits Administration, Full cycle Recruting and onboarding, Employee Relations (coaching, counseling, advising), Training and Development, Compliance and Best Practices/Policy development and enforcement, Performance Management, Union matters (grievance process, negotiations). Will supervise a team of two (2). 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in HR, Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree + professional certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM, SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred, Union experience required.
HR Manager, Greentree (multiple location support) 7-2019 $80-85K
Will be responsible for planning, organzing and direting the HR department to recruit and retain a high quality wokforce and to develop an employee and participant oriented organizational clture that emphasies quality, continuous improvement and high performance. This is a "hands-on" management role. Key areas of responsibiity include the monitoring of HR policies and procedures, employee recruitment and retention, management development, compensation, payroll supervision, performance management and legal compliance. Prior supervisory experience is required (5-6 direct reports), focus on Employee Relations, Leadship development and training, HR department function and delivery. Minimum of 5 years HR Generalist focused experience with 3-5 years leading or managing all of the positon functions (see full JD), BA/BS or equivalent required; MA with PHR, SPHR required.
HR Manager, Downtown - 6-2019 $80-100K + 10% bonus incentive
Responsible for managing, developing and executing all HR related functions, programs, policies and practices for established law firm with all applicable laws and regulations. Full Generalist role with emphasis on Recruitment, Benefits Administration, HRIS/ATS, Employee Relations, Leadership Development (training and development). Minimum of 7 years of experience with current HR certification (s), Bachelors Degree required with a Master's Degree preferred.
HR Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development, Cranberry - 6-2019 Salary DOE
Manage, develop and execute strategies for the company's recruiting, training, and employee development programs. Lead the recruiting and staffing process and programs to include: employment branding, ATS, internal hiring practices, external hiring, recruiting marketing materials, communications and approval work flow. Manage the design, development and delivery of employee and management development programs. Work with management on performance management, organizational and leadership matters. Will manage a staff of 4 and provide training, cross training, continuing education support and conduct performance reviews.
Profile: High energy professional with Bachelor's degree and minimum of 8 years of relevant experience + 3 years in a supervisory role. Advanced knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition/organizational development practices and programs (emphasis on recruitment). Broad knowledge of HR issues, including state and federal employment laws and training practices. Domestic travel 10-15%.
