The HR Manager serves as a link betwee management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping to resolve work-related issues. This all around Generalist will work as a strategic leader and report to the Managing Director of Safety, Regulatory Compliance and Human Resources. Must have a good work ethic, high energy level and ability to multi-task various projects and responsibilities including: Recruiting and onboarding, Training and Coaching as needed, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, 401K plan administration and Performance Management. Manager, Recruitment and Talent Development, Cranberry - 4-2019 Salary DOE
Manage, develop and execute strategies for the company's recruiting, training, and employee development programs. Lead the recruiting and staffing process and programs to include: employment branding, ATS, internal hiring practices, external hiring, recruiting marketing materials, communications and approval work flow. Manage the design, development and delivery of employee and management development programs. Work with management on performance management, organizational and leadership matters. Will manage a staff of 4 and provide training, cross training, continuing education support and conduct performance reviews.
Profile: High energy professional with Bachelor's degree and minimum of 8 years of relevant experience + 3 years in a supervisory role. Advanced knowledge of recruiting and talent acquisition/organizational development practices and programs (emphasis on recruitment). Established global client is looking for a long term temp (full or part time) to facilitate a variety of training and employee development initiatives. Flex hours, free parking, professional environment. Must have a solid foundation in T&D, comfortable with LMS (SABA) or other similar systems. Will be responsible for providing full Generalist support to multiple locations , with an emphasis on recruitment and employee relations. Master's degree preferred with 5 years in a Generalist role + additional 3 years of supervisory experience. HRIS: Ultipro, good Excel skills and exposure in a small to mid sized organization. Travel as needed. Manufacturing experience is a must.
