HR Manager, Duquesne - 3/2019 $80-85K + bonus
Excellent opportunity for mid level HR professional with experience in a global manufacturing environment. Will be responsible for providing full Generalist support to multiple locations , with an emphasis on recruitment and employee relations. Must have prior leadership experince, be comfortable delivering HR support from from transactional to strategic and working in a union environment.
Profile: engaging, high energy, good commuicator (interacting with all levels of the organization), proven supervisory skills, skilled at ramping up and downsizing labor pool based on business flows, union (grievance, contract negotiation assistance) and safety savvy. Master's degree preferred with 5 years in a Generalist role + additional 3 years of supervisory experience. HRIS: Ultipro, good Excel skills and exposure in a small to mid sized organziaiton. Travel as needed. Manufacturing experience is a must.
HR DIRECTOR, Fox Chapel RIDC Park - 3/2019 $90-120K + profit sharing
Successful, global manufacturer located NE of Pittsburgh is currently seeking a skilled Director of HR. Appropriate candidates will be self directed and have 10 years of experience with at least 5 being in a senior manager level. Will design and execute strategy and manage all facets of the Human Resource function including, but not limited to: recruitment, benefit design, compensation administration, employee relations, performance management and legal compliance. Reporting to the CEO, 3 direct reports, occassional travel required, knowledge of Profiles International assessment (PI) and related tools with advanced knowledge of employment laws.
