Talent Acquisition & People Operations Leader (hybrid/remote) Downtown $80-100K

Responsible for actively sourcing and recruiting top talent for all organizational needs, working with management to develop and optimize onboarding initiatives, building programs to grow the capabilities of our existing workforce, and overseeing the daily operation of the HR department.  These strategies must align with the company's core values and culture, which in turn will drive the organization's ability to attract, engage, and retain an efficient and high-performing employee base.  8+ years of diverse HR experience, with preference in a high technology or manufacturing environment.  Minimum of Bachelor's degree with current SHRM CP or SCP.  Limited travel to other locatations required.

Recruiter (Remote with occassional office visit) Cranberry Area $60-65K + quarterly bonus potential

Develop recruitment goals and objectives, source and screen passive and active candidates on job boards (Indeed, LilnkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc)  Collaborates with hiring managers and/or other HR staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.  Build active talent pipeline, plan and implement a recritment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high quality talent.  2-3 years of Recruitment experience (prefers prior health care recruitment),  Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS Systems (ADP preferred) and advanced Excel knowledge, advanced communications skills and excellent organizational and time management skills.  Opportunity for additional training in other HR functions and disciplines.

Sr. HR Manager, Pittsburgh:  $95K and up DOE (Bonus potential)

Full Generalist role with an emphasis of change management and employee relations.  Will facilitate multiple sites with all aspects of strategic and tactical HR support.  Advanced knowledge of employment law and state and local requirements.  Prior experience in a manufactuting environment with supervisory experience.
