Benefits Administrator/HR Analyst:  $80K and up DOE + Bonus Potential Downtown PGH, Hybrid

Exciting opportunity for a skilled benefits professional with 5+ years of progressive benefits experience. The incumbent will provide assistance and support of HR and benefits related processes and projects and  contribute to the overall success of our Human Resource strategies, policies, and guidelines. You will provide professional and technical support for the administration of the health, welfare, and retirement programs - to include self-funded group, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Disability, and Retirement plans. Will offer support and facilitation to approximately 700 ees. Preferred applicants with bring a solid foundation of benefits skills and knowledge, have experience with wellness programs, 401k plans, prior union environment, various monthly/quarterly/annual reporting (COBRA, EEO-1, etc.) Will assit with annual open enrollment, facilitate new hire orientations, comply with regulatory requirements and plan guidelines, maintain, update or administer a variety of plans, materials, systems for the on-going success and deliverables of or complete benefits program. Preferred experience with Dayforce (payroll/benefits platform), working knowledge of the design, operation, and legal requirements of 401(k) plans, self-insured medical plans, welfare and union environments,  advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams). HR Generalist (ER Focus): Pittsburgh $95K and up + bonus, Hybrid/In-office

Wonderful opportunity for an experienced HR practitioner with advanced commuication and software skills. The Generalist will offer a wide range of support and guidance to internal and external business partners (employees, supervisors, managers, vendors, etc) relevant to performance management, training and development, staffing, coaching, benefits and leave management, employee relations and onboarding, policies/procedures, etc. This position requires 10+ years of diverse HR Generalist experience with a proven background of knowing how to self-lead and manage day to day HR related inquiries, issues and escalated matters.  Must have advanced systems/software and communication skills, (spoken and written), with the ability to build trust and credibility with diverse teams, engage various levels of an organization and 3rd party vendors relevant to day-to-day work flows and operations. The Generalist supports and assists the HR Management team as needed on a variety of projects, brings knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations, as well as a knowledge of HR policies and procedures.  (May 2024)

Payroll Manager, Airport Area $90K

Exciting opportunity for a skilled Payroll Manager with 5+ years experience and prior supervisory and development experience.  Responsible for leading and supporting payroll activities across multiple locations for 400+ employees.  Processes weekly and bi-monthly payrolls for approximatley 225 hourly and salaried employees.  Ensures accuracy and integrity of payroll data, manages all aspects of wage garnishments, new hires, terminations, transfers, paychanges, etc, reviews payroll register and reconciles payroll records. Assists with other aspects of HR to include:  onboarding, creating and managing employee records and files, assists with open enrollment, managed the company's self-insured short-term-disability plan, assists with management of UC claims, OSHA reporting and quarterly/annual payroll tax preparation.  Additional duties as assigned.  Requires a Bachelor's degree in related field, 5+ years of HR/Payroll experience, Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC), minimum of 5 years working with an HRIS system, experience with HRIS/payroll implementation/conversion, advanced communication and advanced software skills (Excel), PA Notary Public preferred.

HR Coordinator, Hybrid Schedule $55-65K DOE + Bonus

Working with one of my established clients on a fantastic opportunity for a lightly skilled HR professional.  Preferred candidates will have their Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in the HR field.  This exciting role will include a variety of tasks such as Onboarding/New Hire Orientations, Recruitment, College Relations/Job Fairs, management of Internship program along with other support functions for the HR Manager, HR team and overall organization.  Desired profile:  personable professional with advanced communication and organizational skills.  Possesses a solid HR foundation with a demonstrated level of ingegrity and high degree of confidentiality.  Upbeat, high-energy style with a desire to work in a collaborative team environment.  Must live in/around the Pittsburgh area to allow for some flexibly scheduled in-office work time.

Talent Specialist (Temporary 3-4 month), $24-33 per hour DOE, Robinson Twp/Airport Area

Immediate Opening, hybrid schedule (1 day in office) will be responsible for full cycle recruiting duties to include: Collaborating with various in-house team members and off-site partners (hirning managers, HR department, IT, employees, local colleges and universities, 3rd party vendors), completes onboaring processes, job postings, background checks and required screenings, recruitment/HR data tracking.  Delivers various Generalist support in collaboration with the HR Director, responds to various employee relations matters and resolves issues, offers support on employee leave administration, completes updates into ADP WorkforceNow (COBRA administration, promotions, employee updates, onboarding, etc).  Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in HR or related field + minimum of 1 year of Recruitment experience with a base Generalist knowledge.   Must have advanced organizational, written and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, Teams and ADP WorkforceNow.

HR Generalist, (Mfg) 15068  $60-65K + Bonus + Flex/Hybrid Schedule 

Full Generalist will partner with and support the HR Manager with a variety of tactical and functional HR duties to include:  payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, safety, performance management, recruitment and onboarding and additonal roles and responsibilities as needed.  My client is a well established and financially secure manufacturer in Westmoreland County with a supportive culture and professional environment that focuses on the success and growth of their human capital.  BA degree in HR or related field, professional HR certification, 3-5 years of prior progressive HR experience with some exposure to manufacturing.  Proficiency in MS Office and ADP Workforce Now preferred.  One site, approx 120 ees, non-union 

Manager, (Mfg/Union) Multi-site, North Jackson OHIO  $70-80K 

Excellent opportunity for a skilled HR professional with prior experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.  Will own all Generalist responsibilities for two sites totaling approximately 130 staff and hourly employees.  The emphasis on this role will be on union and employee relations, grievance resolution, payroll, safety and recruitment.  The appropriate applicant will have 5+ years of HR experience, the ability to manage multiple projects and wear many hats for the organization.  This practition will deliver and possess proven skills relevate to employment laws, contract adherence, supervisory skills, strategic support, safety and day to day operations support.  Call for full job description and a detailed overview of the role.  This position is fully in the office with quarterly travel and flexible hours.

Recruiting and On-boarding Specialist:  Monaca PA $60K+ (fully in office)

Incumbent will lead and own the Recruitment and on-boarding function for a global, unionized manufacturing organization. Will staff for the union hourly, nonexempt and exempt staff as well as support the HR Director in the hiring of executives.  Act as point of contact for outside recruiting vendors and build pipelines to talent with local high schools, vocational tehnical schools and other local institutions.  Participate as needed with additional HR related projects as needed.  Union and manufacturing experience required.

HR Manager:  Neville Island $80-90K + bonus (fully in office)

Established multi-site manufacturing company in the Coraopolis/Neville Island area is eager to welcome a new HR Manager to their organization.  They have a need for a seasoned practitioner with full Generalist skills and experiene.  Acting as the HR point of contact and office of HR of One, and providing the the management team with a variety of coaching and consulting support the Manager will own:  Benefits Administration, Recruitment and Onboarding, Employee Relations, Leaves Administration, Performance and Talent Management.  Must posesses advanced knowledge of state and local employment laws, a minimum of Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, prior experience in a mfg environment, HRIS skills and the ability to enforce compliance to company policies and prodedures, regulations, etc.  Non-union environment.
